  1. Once you make a reservation through our app and we find you an available sitter, you will receive a confirmation email with the sitter’s name. Head into the App to get more details.
  2. Book anytime! Be sure notifications are turned on in the SitterPro App.

    *Please note, we place sitters to jobs 10-14 days before the booking date.*

  • All reservations need a credit card to hold your sitter
  • Payment is due at time of services. The client will pay the sitter their hourly caregiver rate by cash or cash transaction app agreed upon by both sitter and client (Venmo, Paypal, etc.) In addition, the service charge to Telluride Sitters will be charged to your credit card. Gratuity is at the discretion of the client and goes directly to our greatly appreciative sitters. 
  • All jobs booked will be charged for the hours requested. For example, If you book 6 hours but return after 4 hours, you will still be charged for the 6 hours you booked.  Pay for what you book
  • If you need to make any changes to your return time, changes must be requested 48 hours in advance. via text to: 970-708-0170, we can not guarantee the change is plausible until we confirm with the sitter. 
  • LATE FEE: We ask that you are home within 15 minutes of your end booking time. After the 15 minute grace period, a $100 late fee will be incurred, ON TOP of the current hourly rate the sitter is charging until the booking is complete.
  • Cancellations less than 48 hours is a $160 fee. Unfortunately, there can be no exceptions to this policy. We ask that if you need to cancel, you let the sitter know AND cancel the booking in the app.
  • MATCH FEE:  Cancellations outside of the 48-hour policy will be charged a $25 cancellation fee for EACH matched booking. Matched bookings are confirmed client & sitter bookings from anytime outside the 48 hours before your job begins. (IE: Match Fee is when you cancel with a confirmed sitter, for your booking no matter how far out). 
  •  Last minute (day of)  reservations are final. Once a sitter is confirmed, you will still be charged the 4 hr minimum if you change your mind, and the booking is MATCHED
  • Sick Child Policy:  We DO NOT care for sick children and reserve the right to end the service in the event a child gets sick while in our care. Your booking will be charged the full rate. Please keep us aware of the health of your child so we can accommodate everyone.
