With this closure, the company has considered the guest's needs and has some ideas to support your rental. Place order, pay, and we will receive your email. Someone will reach out to your property manager and arrange delivery. Don't worry, you do not need to be home when we deliver or pick up. General Baby Gear Rental Policies

1. All orders made are delivered by 4 pm and picked up at 10 am on the end date.  This includes same-day rentals placed before store closing time. *Caveat- One-day rentals, text 970-708-0170 before booking for time delivery availability.
2. The delivery and pick up are coordinated with a local contact or codes provided directly to the order notes. We do not deliver otherwise.
3. When items are delivered, keep all bedding/adaptations attached to the rental gear being used. Missing sheets are assessed a $15.00 fee.
4. All Rental gear items MUST BE IN A VISIBLE location upon pick up. Additional fees and charges will apply.
5. Any missing parts, bedding, or adaptations will be assessed additional fees for loss and replacement.

Our prices include delivery and pickup.  CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 48 HOURS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED YOUR ORDER. Please contact: Reservations@TellurideSitters.com for any questions regarding this process.
