Once your order is placed and paid for, a team member will respond to your order email confirming your reservation.  We coordinate with a local property manager/homeowner and arrange delivery. Don't worry, you do not need to be home when we deliver or pick up. 

General Baby Gear Rental Terms & Conditions:

1. All orders made are delivered by 6 pm and picked up at 10 am on the end date.  If you plan to depart after 10am and want to use the equipment, please add that to your notes section. 
2.  Same-day rentals may incur additional fees.  Booknin advance to avoid rush fees. 
3. The delivery and pick up are coordinated with a local contact or codes provided directly to the order notes. We do not deliver otherwise.
4. When items are delivered, keep all bedding/adaptations attached to the rental gear being used. Missing sheets are assessed a $15.00 fee.
5. All Rental gear items MUST BE IN A VISIBLE location upon pick up. Additional fees and charges will apply.
6. Any missing parts, bedding, or adaptations will be assessed additional fees for loss and replacement.
